The Compaq ProLiant DL380 offers uncompromising performance expanded availability and unprecedented configuration flexibility. The highly acclaimed space saving 3U chassis houses state-of-the-art components such as the latest Intel® Pentium® III processor technology scalable to dual processors 128MB of 133MHz ECC registered SDRAM DIMM memory and a 133MHz GTL bus to deliver excellent performance. In addition the dual peer PCI bus architecture 64 bit PCI slots and Integrated Smart Array Controller offer additional performance and availability. The highly serviceable chassis now houses eight bays allowing customers to deploy the drive and backup scenario they require for their Web hosting mail file/print or small database applications without having to make any functionality tradeoffs.
