Note: All of these Ultra320 Hard Drives are backwards compatible and can directly replace any Ultra2 or Ultra3 Proliant Universal 1" Hard Drive. The actual transfer rates of these Ultra320 Hard Drives however will be determined by the Smart Array Controller in your server (U2/U3/U320).
Note: All U320 Hard Drives are backward compatible to U2 or U3 speeds. U320 drives require an optional U320 Smart Array Controller or U320 SCSI HBA to support U320 transfer rates.

Note: This option kit contains a 24" battery cable and adhesive material for installing a batter into the server if a Smart Array P400 is integrated outside of the factory. For all solutions, please refer to the server QuickSpecs and User's Manual for detailed installation instructions.
